David Dodge began his career in the steel component and metal building industry in 1982. Since that time, David has honed his craft representing steel component manufacturers in Texas, Louisiana and Tennessee. In joining Paramount Metal Systems in 2004 as the company President, David has successfully expanded the company’s design/build capabilities in steel construction for a variety of private and public sector markets, including Self-Storage Facilities, Retrofit Roofing, Energy Efficient Solutions, Commercial, Industrial, Educational Institutions, and Health Care Facilities.
The longevity of David’s 36-year career has earned him multiple awards, but he is quick to reciprocate credit to his peers and staff at Paramount. The recognition of these credits has provided the foundation in establishing David as a leading authority in the utilization of steel component designs as a primary source in construction. David’s ability to create sustainable relationships has been “Paramount” to the company’s success. The results of David’s dedication and contributions to the steel construction industry have resulted in the development, procurement and management of volumes that exceed $500 million in revenues throughout his career.
Since the outset of his career, David’s most valuable asset has always been his persistence in applying the training and education he has received to ensure the growth and success of Paramount. The steel industry and its clientele have been and will continue to be beneficiaries of that persistence. He has successfully combined Paramount’s services with those resources to provide a positive experience with owner/developers, architects, engineers, general contractors, as well as Paramount’s existing client base, to ensure their goals are met with a successful experience.
Jimmy Gamble brings to Paramount more than 20 years of steel component and metal building project management, estimating, and practical field experience in light gauge load-bearing framing systems and light gauge steel trusses. Jimmy has national experience with primary responsibilities in the Arkansas, Texas and Missouri regions. He is responsible for maintaining Paramount’s current client base as well as expanding new client development.
Early in his career Daniel found his feet in leardership roles progressing quickly to management. He has successfully overseen fit out projects throughtout Australia which lead to him establishing Finch Kitchens and Joinery in 2004 as a 25 years old. Daniel continued to further his formal education and business management skills to relaunch a Finch Projects in 2013. Daniel boast an impressive 20 years industry experience as well as qualification including Certifcates IV in Frontline Management, Trade Certifcate in Cabinet Making and Certifcate II in Emergency Medical Service. Daniel has enormous respect for customer service and has the belief that there is no great compliment than a recommendation from a client.
Bobby Johnson provides our clients with more than 20 years of experience in the metal building industry. Bobby has been a great addition since joining the Paramount Metal Systems team. His degree in Architectural Technology, coupled with his project management qualifications strengthen Paramount's understanding of a project and its many phases to provide successful results. Bobby's knowledge of products and protocols allow him to provide customer service levels that meet or exceed expectations whether the project utilizes pre-engineered structures or conventional steel framing systems.
As Senior Project Manager, Bobby manages scheduling, budgeting, resource management and logistics, as well as, serves as the primary point of contact for client communication for assigned projects. His versatility in working with a wide range of projects enhances the services made available through Paramount Metal Systems in both private and public markets and contributes to our continuing growth in our industry.
John Neal joined Paramount Metal Systems with nearly 30 years of metal building product knowledge. He brings an extensive knowledge base of installation, design, CAD and skills that help direct our ability to offer the highest industry standards in everything from retro-fit to full facility design and construction.
John is a graduate of State Technical Institute of Memphis. In 1989, he began a career in metal sales where he honed his skills as a detailer, estimator, installer, and project manager. His abilities created multiple opportunities with major manufacturers which extended his skills into design and overall construction management.
John is based in Tennessee and leads the design and engineering staff at Paramount. Together, the team creates a model of efficiency that strives to guarantee the best possible customer satisfaction.
Misty Norman began her career with Paramount Metal Systems in 2013. Since her arrival, Misty’s strong interpersonal skills have built a confidence with her colleagues. These skills have transcended to her peers within the construction industry.
Misty’s attributes have accelerated her through multiple roles within the organization: administrator, senior administrator, general accounting, and controller. Her industriousness and enthusiasm are cornerstones that provide poise and confidence in her current position as CFO.
