Paramount Metal Systems completed the 116,000 sq. ft. Modern Storage project in the early fall of 2017. The combination of Richardson Builders vision and Paramount’s delivery of the materials and installation resulted in a truly unique split-level hybrid self-storage design. The self-storage world is seeing more of these types of facilities which offer our clients the benefit of traditional storage utilizing typographical contours.

The facility incorporates a five-story office tower which is a first of its kind in the Little Rock area blending tube and wide flange beams integrated with light gauge framing components.
