Beyond Self Storage

Paramount Metal Systems helped complete the Beyond Self Storage facility in Rochester Hills, Michigan in 2018. Paramount provided highly qualified erection crews and managed to produce a quality building integration by combining Architectural and Engineering aspects to manufacture a highly functional atmosphere for our customer.

The Beyond Self Storage building is a 115,575 sq. ft. climate controlled facility that was erected in the 6-month requested time frame given to Paramount. This project required Paramount’s attentiveness to detail while working within a tight budget, harsh winter conditions and the schedule restrictions. With all these challenges, Paramount Metal Systems surpassed all expectations and won the Award of Merit at the 2018 MBCEA Building of the Year Awards.
