Paramount Metal Systems is proud to announce our involvement with the new multi-story climate - controlled storage facility located at 4326 Kenilwood Drive in Nashville, Tennessee. It’s just minutes away from the Nashville International Airport, the Opry Mills Mall, and The Grand Ole’ Opry.


This facility is a four-story, two building, 88,000 sq. ft. complex built on a “zero lot line” lot. Architectural design is being provided by Overcash Demmitt Architects of Charlotte, North Carolina. Systems design and installation for the interior storage layout is being provided by Paramount Metal Systems.

Kenilwood is one of three jobs Paramount Metal Systems currently has under construction for Premier Storage Investors, LLC. All three buildings will be incorporating a vivid color scheme to make their facilities stand out among the crowd.
